Core Responsibilities Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs. Core Experience Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required) . 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred). STUDENTS:

  • Is available to students outside scheduled class time to answer questions and help with additional instruction as needed.
  • Deal with student concerns and, if necessary, consult with program coordinator to resolve issues.

INSTRUCTION:

  • Meet all scheduled classes of contracted course(s).
  • Use technology such as Canvas, PowerPoint, etc. as appropriate.
  • In event of emergency absence, notifies program/department chair.
  • Conduct all activities with an appreciation and respect of people, styles, and views.
  • Promote same as an integral part of one's work.
