This is a hybrid role that combines field-based business development, large-project sales, and local operations oversight. You’ll spend roughly 50% of your time in the field meeting with property managers, building relationships with multi-family and commercial clients, and closing high-value jobs (over $5,500). The rest of your time will be spent supporting project execution, managing the local team, and helping build out branch operations. As the Littleton branch grows, this role will evolve, expanding in scope and leadership responsibility. We need someone who’s entrepreneurial, hands-on, and ready to build something amazing! Responsibilities: Manage Service Technicians and office employees while driving revenue growth and overall branch development. Supervise, train, and hold technicians accountable for professionalism and worksite cleanliness. Review weekly payroll and commission accuracy for technicians. Monitor daily technician schedules to balance workload and identify staffing needs. Proactively generate new business by visiting multi-family and commercial properties, identifying key decision-makers, and building long-term relationships. Close residential and commercial service or project tickets exceeding $5,500, including scoping, estimating, and client communication. Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts, managing relationships, service expectations, and ongoing needs. Partner with leadership to identify and pursue growth opportunities in the Fort Collins market. Ensure job quality and customer satisfaction on large-scale projects from sale through completion. Assist in resolving customer issues and complex technical problems. Participate in weekly service meetings. Maintain and improve company processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and profitability. Foster a team culture aligned with company values. Manage branch P&L in line with company goals. Oversee marketing and business development efforts to ensure adequate service call volume. Oversee fleet and inventory management to support operational efficiency. Qualifications: Two (2) years of verifiable full-time management experience in the residential HVAC and plumbing industries. Knowledge of residential HVAC and plumbing service methods, techniques, systems, and applicable codes & standards. Experience in managing teams by monitoring and driving financial and operational measures (key performance indicators) Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or related trades. Comfortable selling and managing projects over $5,500, including scoping, estimating, and client communication. Strong relationships or experience working with multi-family, commercial, or property management clients. Background in residential or light commercial service work, with the ability to guide and support field crews. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in the field and office. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build consensus and secure buy-in across departments. A willingness to embrace continuous challenges for both operational and professional growth. Possession of a valid Driver's License and the capability to pass a pre-employment background check. Job Description

Priority Home Services is seeking a driven, relationship-focused leader to launch and grow our Littleton market. This is a hybrid role that combines field-based business development, large-project sales, and local operations oversight. You’ll spend roughly 50% of your time in the field meeting with property managers, building relationships with multi-family and commercial clients, and closing high-value jobs (over $5,500). The rest of your time will be spent supporting project execution, managing the local team, and helping build out branch operations.

As the Littleton branch grows, this role will evolve, expanding in scope and leadership responsibility. We need someone who’s entrepreneurial, hands-on, and ready to build something amazing!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Service Technicians and office employees while driving revenue growth and overall branch development.
  • Supervise, train, and hold technicians accountable for professionalism and worksite cleanliness.
  • Review weekly payroll and commission accuracy for technicians.
  • Monitor daily technician schedules to balance workload and identify staffing needs.
  • Proactively generate new business by visiting multi-family and commercial properties, identifying key decision-makers, and building long-term relationships.
  • Close residential and commercial service or project tickets exceeding $5,500, including scoping, estimating, and client communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts, managing relationships, service expectations, and ongoing needs.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and pursue growth opportunities in the Fort Collins market.
  • Ensure job quality and customer satisfaction on large-scale projects from sale through completion.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complex technical problems.
  • Participate in weekly service meetings.
  • Maintain and improve company processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
  • Foster a team culture aligned with company values.
  • Manage branch P&L in line with company goals.
  • Oversee marketing and business development efforts to ensure adequate service call volume.
  • Oversee fleet and inventory management to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of verifiable full-time management experience in the residential HVAC and plumbing industries.
  • Knowledge of residential HVAC and plumbing service methods, techniques, systems, and applicable codes & standards.
  • Experience in managing teams by monitoring and driving financial and operational measures (key performance indicators)
  • Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or related trades.
  • Comfortable selling and managing projects over $5,500, including scoping, estimating, and client communication.
  • Strong relationships or experience working with multi-family, commercial, or property management clients.
  • Background in residential or light commercial service work, with the ability to guide and support field crews.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in the field and office.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build consensus and secure buy-in across departments.
  • A willingness to embrace continuous challenges for both operational and professional growth.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and the capability to pass a pre-employment background check.
