POSITION SUMMARY: As a Lead Installation Technician you would be responsible for the complete satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. You would also oversee the work of Apprentice Installers to ensure work is performed correctly. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Install heating, air conditioning, as well as accessories in accordance with manufactures specs. Braise copper joints without leaks. Pull vacuums on refrigerants systems and test for leaks Necessary wiring of low voltage accessories. Perform gas work, flue piping ect.. Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion Install duct work in new construction homes Performs start-ups on heating, cooling systems after installation. Confirm company vehicle is in safe working order Maintains safe working conditions. Ensures company vehicle is properly stocked, and replenishes stock as needed. Maintain a professional image at all times. Must have appropriate trade tools. Job Summary:
The HVAC New Install Commissioner is responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and initial operation of new HVAC systems.
