Responsibilities: Review construction blueprints and building plans to develop accurate HVAC scopes. Prepare detailed project quotes, material takeoffs, and budgets. Design HVAC systems based on project specifications and best practices. Generate and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders. Order HVAC equipment and accessories; manage lead times and logistics. Oversee field execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor and manage change orders, permit applications, and compliance documentation. Maintain project documentation, reports, and milestone tracking Deliver post-project evaluations and share lessons learned with leadership. Qualifications: MUST have relevant US-based work experience and be able to work without sponsorship MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a project manager overseeing new construction HVAC projects, including estimating, design coordination, and field execution. MUST have 2+ years of experience managing projects with a budget of $300k+ Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, mechanical plans, and specifications accurately. Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and psychrometrics. In-depth understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements, with the ability to ensure full compliance throughout all project phases Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore. Exposure to HVAC design software such as Wrightsoft is a plus (training available).   • Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, mechanical plans, and specifications accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and psychrometrics.
  • In-depth understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements, with the ability to ensure full compliance throughout all project phases
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore. 
  • Exposure to HVAC design software such as Wrightsoft is a plus (training available).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
