How will you do it We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement. You will have direct access to Factory Technical Support. We will equip you with the safety equipment, uniforms, tools, cell phone, technical equipment and vehicle for your job. Servicemen must have two years practical working experience in residential, light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. You may be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify your skills and knowledge . Servicemen may assist Journeymen in the repair and service of centrifugal, absorption, screw and scroll chillers. Demonstrated knowledge of the maintenance and repair of three phase Commercial HVAC equipment, RTU’s, Heat Pumps and Fans . A valid driver’s license . EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification . Good verbal and written communication skills. Be willing to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters. Preferred Five (5) years of Commercial and or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry . Demonstrated knowledge of the maintenance and minor repair pumps, VFD’s, Air Handling Units, and Rooftop units. Pay Range : { $23.45/hr - $28.00/hr } hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
