We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician to join our team! This position performs residential & light commercial service and maintenance. We provide technical training and uncapped earning potential.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Talladega County, AL
Pay Rate: $70,000 - $120,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime
What you will be doing:
- Provide service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Excellent customer service
- Make recommendations and educate customers on indoor air quality
- Participating in company-paid training
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA universal Certificate
- 2 + years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician or a combination of education and experience
- Experience making repair and /or replacement Installation decisions
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
