We are seeking a LeadHVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will focus on both residential & commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration including ice machines and restaurant equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both residential and commercial units. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards, as well as train other service technicians in the company.

Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4 pm with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday, overtime as needed, on-call every 5th week

Pay Scale: $30 - $38 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Minimum 3 years of refrigeration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting ice machines and restaurant equipment.
• Valid KY HVAC Journeyman license.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues independently.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience training and mentoring other service technicians.
• Being comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital tools for service management and reporting.
• EPA Universal.
• Completion of HVAC school would be a plus.
• NATE certification would be a plus.
