WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As an HVAC Installation Tech for us, you will need to be able to install HVAC equipment, duct, and fittings within the budgeted labor hours. You work efficiently, keeping the job site organized, as well as maintaining truck stock items in order to not fall behind. After completion of projects, you collect payment and fill out the proper paperwork or electronic documentation. Routinely working with the installation manager, dispatchers, and other managers, you ensure customer satisfaction while meeting goals & key performance objectives. Safety is at the forefront of your mind at all times and you also don't mind lending a helping hand wherever needed. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

• 3+ years experience as an installer or comparable education
• EPA certified
• Ability to follow controls/wiring schematic
• Ability to braze/solder/weld
• Willing to work on-call over weekends and after hours as required
• Valid social security card, driver's license, and a clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, work in small crawl spaces, and lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• NATE certification a plus!
