Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving Wears floor savers while in the client's home Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year experience as an installer/Technician in the HVAC industry Must display strong communication skills and technical competence. POSITION SUMMARY
As a Level-4 Service Technician You will use your experience in problem solving and troubleshooting to communicate with the client and provide them solutions for repairing their HVAC Systems. It will be the responsibility of the technician to source all material or equipment needed to successfully complete the job and exceed the expectations of the client.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ Years HVAC Experience
  • Trade School

  • Valid driver’s license
  • EPA Universal Certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • Ability to be on rotational On Call
  • Ability to work overtime (weekends)
  • Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
  • Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects
