Lubricates and packs bearings in heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air-conditioning motors, pumps, fans, and other equipment. Changes filter media, adjusts and replace belts, clean traps and strainers. Inspects machinery in operation to assure proper functioning, including checking pressures and temperatures. Assists in troubleshooting and maintenance off fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary. Responds in a timely manner to work orders and maintains related records concerning time, labor and materials; maintains log of tasks performed and writes reports as required.
