Building Management System (BMS) Operations : Maintain and improve BMS controls and operations, ensuring precise monitoring of temperature, humidity, and power usage. Work with vendors to implement new BMS solutions and optimize existing systems. Develop strategies to automate and improve data center efficiency through BMS analytics. Infrastructure & Equipment Management : Oversee the installation and commissioning of data center infrastructure equipment, including UPS systems, PDUs, generators, and chillers. Ensure proper documentation and asset management of all critical equipment and systems. Perform risk assessments to ensure infrastructure reliability and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, network, and security teams, to support overall data center operations. Act as the technical point of contact for construction projects and infrastructure upgrades. Prepare and present reports on infrastructure performance, capacity planning, and project status. Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to data center best practices, industry standards, and safety protocols. Support audits and compliance activities by maintaining accurate documentation and records. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Experience : 5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure engineering, construction management, or facilities operations. Proven experience with BMS systems and controls in data center environments. Familiarity with both air-cooled and liquid-cooled infrastructure technologies. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and data center cooling methodologies. Knowledge of liquid cooling technologies, including immersion cooling and direct-to-chip liquid cooling. Proficiency in using monitoring tools and BMS software. Certifications : Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA), Certified Data Center Specialist (CDCS), or similar certifications are a plus. Key Competencies: Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop efficient, effective solutions. Attention to Detail : Precision in monitoring system performance and implementing improvements. Project Management : Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Job Description

Join our team as an HVAC Ductwork Installer! We're seeking a skilled tradesperson with at least 2 years of experience to play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality installation of sheet metal ductwork and components within our HVAC projects.Installation and Assembly:

  • Installing prefabricated sheet metal ductwork, fittings, grilles, and dampers.
  • Maneuvering and anchoring large or complex duct sections in position. 
  • Installing insulation on ductwork.
  • Installing supportive frameworks for the duct systems.
Fabrication and Preparation:
  • Measuring and marking dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets.
  • Fabricating or altering parts at the construction site, or using tools like shears, presses, and brakes in a shop setting. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator or in a related field.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Proficient in operating various sheet metal fabrication equipment.
  • Strong welding skills (MIG, TIG, or SMAW preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition, as the job requires lifting, bending, and carrying heavy materials.
  • Safety-conscious and able to adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (may be required).
