EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE – Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field with Proven Track Record
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management within mechanical services, HVAC, or construction industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling a business beyond $20 million in revenue.
  • Strong sales and business development background, with a deep understanding of revenue growth strategies.
  • Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on leadership experience with a results-driven mindset.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
