- Manage and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site assessments and develop installation plans that meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Train and mentor installation technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.
- Proven experience in HVAC installation and management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
