Demonstrate professional and informative interaction with customers, always listening to and addressing their concerns in a professional and respectable manner. Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and any potential system issues and/or suggested improvements. Ensure that all service documentation is completed and submitted on time. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in HVAC systems, attend education courses as requested. Ability to lift 50 pounds and physical tasks associated with HVAC service.
