In this role, you will work directly with building owners, facility managers, and contractors to identify needs, develop tailored HVAC solutions, and guide projects from initial opportunity through final proposal.Responsibilities:

• Sell and market HVAC mechanical solution projects.
• Develop new customers and new market channels.
• Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales proposals to meet the customers’ needs.
• Maintain customer activity and documentation in CRM software.
• Maintain calendar, set regular appointments, and execute follow up tasks
• Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent related experience.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in the HVAC industry.
• Able to make decisions on the spot.
• Works well under pressure.
• Possesses good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to build rapport with customers.
