The Role of an HVAC Service Technician As an expert HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and air quality systems, guiding customers to enhance their home comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities for an HVAC Service Technician

• Deliver top-notch customer service by communicating clearly and professionally, ensuring customers make informed decisions about their home comfort systems.
• Recognize and recommend additional services, including system upgrades, maintenance agreements, and new installations, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Dispatch and the Service Manager to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure preparedness on every job.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, including service records, dispatch notes, and invoices.
• Uphold a polished, professional appearance at all times to represent the company's commitment to quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Acquire and maintain necessary certifications, with support available.

• On call responsibilities
• Overtime

Pay Range: $65,000 - $150,000

• Competitive Hourly Pay
• Bonus Pay
• Overtime & On Call Pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent
