Key Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and/or commercial clients to evaluate HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred)
• Proven experience in HVAC sales, service, or installation
• Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic load calculations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
• EPA certification (preferred or required depending on role)
