OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY Fox TV Stations FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content. JOB DESCRIPTION HVAC ENGINEER Operation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and heating systems, fire prevention equipment including fire and house pumps, standpipes, sprinkler systems, knowledge of Class E fire alarm system, control panel and portable fire extinguishers, compressor banks and cooling tower operations; must have knowledge of water treatment procedures for all closed loop and house water systems, plumbing experience repairing flushometers, toilets, faucets, and unclogging drains. Individual must be certified as an Operating Engineer possessing both a RSOE Q-01 FDNY COF and Universal EPA Certifications; have a standpipe, sprinkler COF; other FDNY certificates a plus, including an FLSD F-89 COF and; must have at least 3-5 years' experience in HVAC plant operations, Building Management Systems and experience with minor plumbing; must be able to work flexible hours and various shifts including overnights; experience with using a Windows PC, tablet or mobile device, outlook email, Microsoft Office and worker order software. Must communicate well with manager on assigned tasks and daily issues. Candidate will also be required to join the I.O.U.E. Local 30 union. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and in accordance with the applicable union collective bargaining agreement is: $46.33 per hour.
