Physical Requirements

  • Spends majority of time in the classroom/lab providing instruction and addressing any problem issues and/or administrative needs.
  • Occasionally demonstrates work techniques in outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow), in tight spaces such as attics and/or crawlspaces, from heights up to 15 feet above ground, and/or on ladders.
  • Perform installation, repair and construction tasks associated with the improvement of the facility or training courses.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds with ability to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices).
  • Have good visual acuity.

  • Willing to continue training for personal growth as well as participating in the training of new employees.
  • Willing to work to fulfill the company objectives and at times, workhours outside of the normal schedule.

$21 - $28 an hour
