We are looking for the next MVP- HVAC Service Technicianto join our team!

Job Summary: To utilize your outstanding troubleshooting skills to provide service repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with high-quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Work Hours: 8-5 PM with some overtime required. We try and have you done close to 4 PM when possible.

Pay Range: $30- $40/hour, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience as a residential or commercial service technician with troubleshooting expertise to match years in the field.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in making repair and replacement decisions.
• Must be professional, possess punctuality, and work well with others.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.

Qualifications desired:

• Universal EPA Certification
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• Possess the tools needed
