We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Lehigh Valley. This position involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems in  residential environments. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in HVAC diagnostics and repairs, have EPA and NATE certifications, and be prepared for on-call work as needed.

  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II).
  • NATE Certification.
  • Provide HVAC services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs, installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment
  • Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs for our customers at Plumbing Heating Paramedics
  •  Inspects HVAC systems and their components for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs, and recommending preventive maintenance
  • Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of our customers HVAC systems at Plumbing Heating Paramedics
  • Repairs heating and air conditioning systems and/or components (e.g., pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring a comfortable work environment
  • Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair
  • Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform the job, including on-call work.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
