Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:

• Several years of commercial HVAC service experience with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Universal EPA Certification required and controls experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a drug test and background check, and ability to verify U.S. citizenship when required for facility access.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light-to-medium commercial HVAC equipment, including systems up to 100 tons.
• Complete multiple service calls per day, identify equipment failures, order parts, and coordinate return visits as needed.
• Complete electronic service reports using company-issued technology while maintaining professional communication with customers.
• Participate in required overtime, weekend work as needed, and a 24/7 on-call rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks.
• Work in a service-only role with no installation responsibilities and no chiller experience required.
• Washington State 06A Electrical License is a plus

Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
