Position Overview: The  Parts Runner  plays a vital role in keeping our jobs running smoothly by ensuring that materials and equipment are picked up from vendors and delivered promptly to job sites. Position Overview:
The Parts Runner plays a vital role in keeping our jobs running smoothly by ensuring that materials and equipment are picked up from vendors and delivered promptly to job sites. This role requires excellent time management, strong communication, and a team-first mentality. You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and help maintain flow and efficiency between the office, warehouse, field teams, and suppliers.

We're looking for someone motivated, dependable, and highly organized, with a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up materials and equipment from local vendors and deliver to job sites or back to the warehouse as directed
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory organization, loading/unloading, and tracking of incoming/outgoing parts
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, technicians, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
  • Double-check orders for accuracy before leaving vendor locations and confirm all items are accounted for
  • Handle urgent, time-sensitive deliveries that help keep job timelines on track
  • Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained
  • Help maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse space during downtime or between deliveries
  • Support with light errands, returns, and other warehouse-related tasks as needed
