Job Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, IAQ equipment)
• Perform complete system change-outs, retrofits, and upgrades
• Verify proper sizing, ductwork adjustments, electrical connections, and refrigerant charge
• Oversee job flow from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Follow manufacturer specs, local codes, and company installation standards
• Ensure all equipment start-ups, testing, and commissioning are completed correctly
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers
• Delegate tasks effectively and maintain productivity
• Coordinate with the install manager, warehouse/fleet, and sales team

Requirements

• 1+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification.
• NATE Certification(s) preferred.
• Ability to lead a job and supervise helpers.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and tight spaces.
• High attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test.
• Reside within 45 minutes of our office.
