  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing related issues.
  • General knowledge and back up of Plumbing skills
  • Respond to emergency service calls promptly.
  • Read blueprint, building plans and schematics as required.
  • Use a variety of power tools hand tools and measuring devices/meters to perform job function.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on various types plumbing equipment.
  • Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification, or installation of equipment.
  • Monitor, identify and respond promptly to malfunctioning of equipment.
  • Ensures contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of Chimes DC
  • Performs quality work in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Comply with priorities for the flow of work
  • Use technology for the completion of specified job duties
  • Use and care for equipment properly following all safety requirements
  • Attend work regularly according to assigned work schedule
