Provides oversight and direction to technician, contract vendors, property inspection support. Monitors all building systems and equipment. Provides project management support for construction and facility tenant improvements. Maintains a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOP’s and wear personal protective equipment as required. Acts as the point of liaison to the HVAC maintenance technicians while working closely with management to support the strategic planning and implementation of plans. What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly under the supervision of a qualified Lead HVAC Installer.
  • Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes. 
  • Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all work performed. 
  • Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required. 

What you need to succeed:

  • 1 Year Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred but not required. 
  • Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred. 
  • EPA Universal Certification Preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR. 
  • High standards for your work. Excellence & integrity matter to you.

  • You are dependable and consistent in all areas.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold. 
  • Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
