Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.
You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role and hold an EPA certification. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! 
Responsibilities: 
  • Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems. Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issues are at hand.
  • Exercise sales abilities to sell new units, and identify potential opportunities for additional business (new system, system upgrades, service contracts, and additional services).
  • Work closely with Service Administrator to follow pre-scheduled work day to job sites in service area, and report progress throughout the day.
  • Understand company pricing; use of price book, and generate appropriate customer invoice at job site. Electronically process credit card payments.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues.
  • Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
  • Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies. 
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 Years experience in trouble shooting, with proven work record.
  • Nate Certified; CFC license
  • Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner,
  • Well groomed, neat appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company
