Are you a proven in-home sales professional who thrives on closing deals and helping homeowners find the right solutions?
We're looking for a driven, high-energy Outside Sales Representative who knows how to build trust, overcome objections, and close sales. HVAC experience is ideal, but if you're an exceptional in-home sales professional with a proven track record, we want to talk to you.
You'll receive warm, qualified leads generated by our marketing team, giving you more time doing what you do best—selling.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners through warm, company-generated leads
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Recommend HVAC solutions that best fit each customer's needs and budget
- Present options for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
- Build trust through education, not pressure
- Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities
- Work scheduled appointments, typically at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 8:00 PM
- Partner with the installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of in-home sales experience
- HVAC sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to consistently close sales
- A true hunter mentality with the drive to exceed goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Someone who isn't afraid to try new approaches and continuously improve
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Team player who enjoys winning together
- Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
- Honest, professional, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license
