The Pump & Power Technician 2 performs basic diagnostics and equipment repairs in the safest and most effective way possible with an emphasis on returning equipment to service to avoid equipment down time. Education or experience that prepares you for success: 3-5 years of experience with repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment EPA section 608 universal Certification required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Basic understanding of refrigeration (EPA Certified), electrical engines and controllers, dehumidification equipment from CDI and munters, compressed air treatment (dryers/filters/aftercooler) Knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater and Shoring; possesses an understanding of diesel equipment, generators and air compressors Ability to read electric schematics and hydraulic flow Experience with similar equipment The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. The Central Coast's largest home services company continues to grow and is seeking full-time HVAC and Electrical Dispatchers to work out of our new Soquel headquarters. Required Skills:

  • Previous service dispatch experience is a must, ideally in HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing service and install dispatch
  • Impeccable attendance and timeliness, ready to work every day
  • Effective, positive communication that builds rapport with customers and teammates
  • Ability to provide solutions per customer's needs, timing and requirements
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in all situations
  • Strong Google suite skills, including working with Docs and Sheets
  • Fast learner with new technology and software applications, experience with Service Titan a plus!
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus, but not required

This is a full time position with competitive pay and bonus, benefits for you and your family, and paid time off. We have three offices in the Bay Area, this position is located at our headquarters in Soquel, in Santa Cruz County. From this office we manage all operations on the North Central Coast and SF South Bay.
