We’re a fast-growing team committed to high-quality service and fostering a collaborative, efficient work environment for our team.Job Summary: Sundream is seeking an experienced and reliable Lead installation technician to join our team in the St Petersburg area. Our coverage area is from Tampa to N Fort Myers. We install a majority Carrier and Goodman products so experience with high-efficiency systems is a plus. We during the winter months, we would like a technician with some service and repair experience that we can keep busy doing some open system repair or preventative maintenance for our large base of customers, we have good helpers to assist but need a strong, quality focused lead installer to run the team. Compensation structure is flexible and competitive based on applicant preference (piece rate, hourly, commission, mix) and business needs.
Responsibilities:
·         Install new residential HVAC systems (new construction, change outs)
·         Install or change out duct work
·         As able, troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and components
·         Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service
·         Drive up to 75 mi for work
·         Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards
Requirements:
·         Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC as a lead installer
·         EPA Certification 
·         Valid driver’s license - travel in and around Tampa Bay Metro region
·         Strong technical skills
·         Ability to work independently 
·         Strong customer service and communication skills
