Pay:

• Junior Technicians (under 5 years relevant experience): $25.00 to $35.00/hr
• Senior Technicians (5+ years relevant experience): $35.00 to $45.00/hr 
• Additional performance based pay depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• NATE certified preferred
