Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with Data Governance teams at both the Enterprise and various business levels level Experience conducting or responding to IT Audits (FFIEC Handbook) Experience with end to end strategic program roadmap development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Expert experience with report visualization (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and facilitation skills Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and to prioritize tasks Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or other information security certifications Experience with computer languages (SQL Query, Python, etc.) Vast working knowledge of Business Process Management Experience with KRI/KPI and dashboard reporting development and socialization Salary Range: $114,700 - 194,900 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Job Description

Position Summary

We're looking for a curious and collaborative Cloud Security and Palo Alto Firewall Engineer to help strengthen Masco's hybrid network environment. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in Palo Alto Networks and Azure cloud networking to design, manage, and evolve our firewall infrastructure. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve security, reduce risk, and support scalable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of ~30 Palo Alto firewalls across on-prem and Azure environments using Panorama.
  • Configure and refine firewall policies, NAT rules, routing, and VPN settings to support secure, reliable access.
  • Build and improve threat prevention strategies, URL filtering, and other advanced security controls.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support 24/7 operations and implement changes.
  • Contribute to Azure network security, including UDRs, NSGs, and Azure Firewall deployments.
  • Monitor cybersecurity alerts and collaborate with business units to resolve issues quickly.
  • Share insights and help shape the future of our security architecture.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
  • Strong understanding of Azure networking and cloud security practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
  • Familiarity with zero trust principles and secure cloud design.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

  • Awareness of emerging technologies and how they apply to enterprise security.

Preferred Certifications

  • Palo Alto Networks: PCNSA, PCNSE
  • Microsoft Azure: AZ-700, AZ-104
  • Additional cloud or security certifications are a plus.
