Job Description: The Range Security Supervisor enforces security protocols, policies and standards are adhered to across the Udairi Range Complex (URC) and directs supporting operations in accordance with ASG-KU and contractual requirements. The Range Security Supervisor assesses training, operational procedures, facilities, and systems with an emphasis on identifying real and potential security risks and develops & submits applicable reports. He/She enforces all Security Programs, Policies and Procedures as they relate to range operations and in compliance with all contractual requirements and the ASG-KU Range Operations Standardized Operating Procedures. Additionally, the Range Security Supervisor adheres to and enforces ARCENT Training & Range Operations Maintenance Services (ATROMS) contract implemented Security programs to prevent accidents, property loss and theft in the performance of their duties or while receiving services provided by the contractor and subcontractors. Manages the URC Security Battle Rhythm and schedules Security inspections on URC. Required Hours: Standard work week will be six (6) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s), and a standard 40-hour work week while at CONUS work sites. Responsibilities: The Range Security Supervisor shall report to the Range Operations Lead and be responsible for enforcing URC Security regulations/guidelines during all planning, movement, and live-fire execution and operations that include but are not limited to: Accurate execution of weekly Security audits. Performance, documentation, and enhancement of Security inspections. Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and trending of metrics as they pertain to URC and Range Security. Establishes, coordinates, implements, and assesses policies and procedures through applicable authorities. Responsible for Range Security oversight in accordance with all applicable Military regulations. Assists in oversight of V2X and all subcontractor employees adherence to Security regulations in compliance with DOD, DA and Theater Specific regulations as well as Host Nation laws. Performs other duties as directed by the Program Manager. Required Qualifications: Experience with US Army Security Regulations 190-51. Experience with US Army Security Regulations 190-11 (Arms, Ammunition and Explosives). Experience with DA Pamphlet 385-63 for Range Safety. Analytical skills in Root-cause analysis, corrective / preventive actions. Possess knowledge and technical expertise in the use of all Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat products. Superior Interpersonal and Communications skills. Be detail-oriented with the ability to work under challenging deadlines. Able to work closely with other team members, Customers, and End Users. Must be willing to work and live in Kuwait. Desired Qualifications: Prior military experience. Previous experience working on a US government contract. Required Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related work experience. This training will be accomplished through the use of policies and procedures from both the Pharmacann handbook and Security Team's established SOPs. Disseminates information from the Regional Manager(s) to the onsite Security team about criminal activity, policy violations, or employee terminations occurring at cultivation sites. Serves as the primary point of contact for onsite Security team matters while working in conjunction with the Regional Security Manager. Provides technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure daily tasks, productivity level, and goals are met and maintains a consistent and successful security standard. Assists with facilitating the objectives of the Security team, by providing answers to questions, as well as providing the team with the tools and resources they need to perform their tasks. Identifies potential cultivation site security deficiencies. Conducts cultivation site alarm testing at Pharmacann locations to proactively address security concerns. Conducts camera and access control audits for local processing/cultivation sites. Maintains a culture of professionalism. Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal regulations/laws. Responsible for security coverage during call offs and staffing emergencies to ensure staffing levels are met at all times. Review time cards every pay period prior to the Regional Manager's approval Issues verbal coaching to address performance or conduct concerns of a minor nature as needed and partners with the Regional Manager when coaching has occurred and when matters require escalation. Assists with the initial interview screening process for new hire candidates. Monitors and supervises the timely arrival of scheduled guards as well as the guards' scheduled breaks. Competencies and Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age Pass a comprehensive multi-state background check, including criminal history & obtain/maintain state agent requirements Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check A minimum of 2 years of security, safety, or related experience. V2X has a requirement for a Range Security Supervisor with expertise in managing Security Operations to provide Training Security oversight in support of all USARCENT live-fire ranges and Situational Training Exercise (STX) lanes in Kuwait. A successful candidate must be a United States citizen with proof of citizenship, current U.S. passport, and an active U.S. SECRET security clearance.

Job Description:

The Range Security Supervisor enforces security protocols, policies and standards are adhered to across the Udairi Range Complex (URC) and directs supporting operations in accordance with ASG-KU and contractual requirements. The Range Security Supervisor assesses training, operational procedures, facilities, and systems with an emphasis on identifying real and potential security risks and develops & submits applicable reports. He/She enforces all Security Programs, Policies and Procedures as they relate to range operations and in compliance with all contractual requirements and the ASG-KU Range Operations Standardized Operating Procedures. Additionally, the Range Security Supervisor adheres to and enforces ARCENT Training & Range Operations Maintenance Services (ATROMS) contract implemented Security programs to prevent accidents, property loss and theft in the performance of their duties or while receiving services provided by the contractor and subcontractors. Manages the URC Security Battle Rhythm and schedules Security inspections on URC.

Required Hours:

Standard work week will be six (6) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s), and a standard 40-hour work week while at CONUS work sites.

Responsibilities:

The Range Security Supervisor shall report to the Range Operations Lead and be responsible for enforcing URC Security regulations/guidelines during all planning, movement, and live-fire execution and operations that include but are not limited to:

  • Accurate execution of weekly Security audits.
  • Performance, documentation, and enhancement of Security inspections.
  • Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and trending of metrics as they pertain to URC and Range Security.
  • Establishes, coordinates, implements, and assesses policies and procedures through applicable authorities.
  • Responsible for Range Security oversight in accordance with all applicable Military regulations.
  • Assists in oversight of V2X and all subcontractor employees adherence to Security regulations in compliance with DOD, DA and Theater Specific regulations as well as Host Nation laws.
  • Performs other duties as directed by the Program Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with US Army Security Regulations 190-51.
  • Experience with US Army Security Regulations 190-11 (Arms, Ammunition and Explosives).
  • Experience with DA Pamphlet 385-63 for Range Safety.
  • Analytical skills in Root-cause analysis, corrective / preventive actions.
  • Possess knowledge and technical expertise in the use of all Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat products.
  • Superior Interpersonal and Communications skills.
  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to work under challenging deadlines.
  • Able to work closely with other team members, Customers, and End Users.
  • Must be willing to work and live in Kuwait.
