Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Experience leading change management and process improvement activities
  • Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
  • 10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent work or military experience
  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote customer service
  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking Industrial Security strategies to business outcomes
  • 10+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
  • 10+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
