CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. 2nd Shift: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday Pay Rate: $20.08 + Shift Differential Pay Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises, controlling access to facilities, and preventing theft, violence, or other illegal activities. Duties and Responsibilities Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergencies. Conduct regular patrols of the warehouse premises to detect and deter any suspicious activity. Monitor designated CCTV systems and fire alarm systems, promptly addressing any security or safety concerns according to established protocols. Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and logbooks. Monitor vehicles entering and exiting the facility. Document and report security incidents, hazards, or breaches to the relevant authorities. Monitor and regulate daily access for employees and visitors, controlling entry and exit points. Provide assistance to employees and visitors as necessary for safety and security concerns, as well as offering guidance and directions within the facility. Collaborate with warehouse management and other security personnel to implement security procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors. All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in security or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Capable of intervening in physical altercations to prevent assault, managing disruptive individuals, and deterring unauthorized entry, while prioritizing safety and de-escalation techniques. Ability to take control and give clear instructions to visitors and employees during safety or security incidents, remaining calm and composed under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Capable of providing clear guidance to ensure adherence to facility rules and regulations, especially concerning entry and exit protocols. Familiarity with CCTV and Access Control systems, including their functions and operations. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations. Strong observation and surveillance skills. Preferred Skills and Experience Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus. Prior leadership experience. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Warehouse environment. The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs., if necessary. The ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time, if necessary. Cybersecurity – Information System Security Manager (ISSM)

Boeing Classified Cybersecurity is currently seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity – Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to join the team in Layton, UT.  

The selected candidate will rely on cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) background to be a technical leader and support Enterprise activities and Boeing customers throughout multiple classified computing domains. The ISSM is responsible for ensuring all Information System Security policies, standards, and directives are enforced to support assessment, authorization and continued operation of information systems processing classified information.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs security analysis of operational and development environments, threats, vulnerabilities and internal interfaces to define and assess compliance with accepted industry and government standards

  • Leads and implements the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for new and existing information systems

  • Facilitates development of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA), Risk Acknowledgement Letters (RAL) and support Continuous Monitoring (CONMON)

  • Oversees configuration management of assigned systems; auditing systems to ensure security posture integrity

  • Leads staff with assessments and test/analysis data to document state of compliance with security requirements

  • Conducts risk assessments and investigations, execute appropriate risk mitigations, and oversee incident response activities

  • Conducts periodic hardware/software inventory assessments

  • Serves as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and programs

  • Acts as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies

  • Interfaces with the appropriate government customers, suppliers, and company personnel to implement protective mechanisms and to ensure understanding of and compliance with cybersecurity requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years

  • Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)

  • 3+ years of experience with cyber security policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience as an information system security officer (ISSO) or information system security manager (ISSM) supporting classified programs 

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing security relevant tools, systems, and applications in support of Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSS

  • 3+ years of experience assessing and documenting test or analysis data to show cyber security compliance
