The successful candidate will perform threat assessments and execute adversarial testing with engineering rigor. You will lead the development of cyber test cases, conduct pentesting, and perform test reporting as a part of an engineering team in the greater St. Louis area. You will be joining a growing multi-disciplinary cybersecurity engineering organization that is responsible for the security and resiliency of our products, platforms, and services. This position will support the various phases of the Product Test Lifecyle by supporting test proposals, developing test plans and schedules, executing pentesting, and supporting post-test activities. Joining this team will put you at the cutting edge of Boeing Product Security. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The Role | Security Operations Specialist

As a Security Operations Specialist, you will be a key part of our in-house operations center team, providing real-time monitoring of AI-driven security systems to safeguard our clients' homes and families. This is an on-site role, where you will be responsible for anticipating and responding to potential security threats, delivering a seamless client experience, and working in close collaboration with our engineering team. You Will Contribute By

  • Advanced Security Monitoring: Oversee AI-driven surveillance systems and access control, responding to potential security incidents with precision and ensuring real-time protection of clients’ assets and loved ones.

  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for security events, delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for clients while upholding the discretion and privacy standards expected in a luxury service.

  • Emergency Response & Crisis Management: Coordinate with authorities, executives, clients, and staff during urgent or high-pressure situations, maintaining calm and professionalism.

  • Communication Excellence: Provide clear, concise, and professional communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and trust.

  • Data Annotation & System Feedback: Enhance our AI systems by annotating data and providing feedback to improve the accuracy of threat detection.

Your Background Includes

  • Relevant Experience: Background in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, Corporate Security, or related fields.

  • Operations & GSOC Experience: Previous experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or a similar role, with an understanding of its critical functions.

  • Educational Credentials: An undergraduate degree in IT, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, or intelligence roles.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends, sometimes with little notice, to meet the needs of our clients.

Nice to Have

  • Luxury Service or Executive Protection: Experience providing luxury customer service or in an executive protection role.

  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: A desire to grow into leadership roles such as Lead Operator as our team expands.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • This is an on-site role in our state-of-the-art operations center, with no remote work. 

  • Shifts will be 10 hours. This is for the Overnight shift, Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday (9pm - 7am). Shifts may include holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
