The NFL Global Security Operations Center (NFL GSOC) at NFL Films in Mt Laurel, New Jersey, is the NFL Security Department's central hub for monitoring, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence on physical and cyber threats to help decision-makers protect, and resolve threats to NFL interests worldwide, The Security Associate position will sit in the GSOC and support a range of it’s critical functions, primarily focused on supporting physical security technology systems and responding to security incidents impacting the League and its stakeholders. Other responsibilities will include request intake, investigative support, travel risk management, and project management for security-related initiatives, particularly those supporting League events domestically and internationally. Responsibilities Manage and monitor security systems such as cameras, access control systems, shot detection systems, mass notifications, and other physical security technologies to detect and respond to incidents, suspicious activity, security breaches and to support investigations. Manage and monitor electronic access control systems including granting, revoking and auditing access permissions for employees, visitors and contractors. Identify, assess and escalate security incidents according to established protocols; coordinate with on-site personnel as necessary. Support the League’s business continuity and travel risk management programs through the development and execution of clear incident and communication protocols. Ensure security systems (cameras, servers, access control software, etc.) are functioning properly; report technical issues to appropriate teams for resolution. Serve as a central communication point between internal teams, on-site security personnel, and external agencies Support in managing the intake, prioritization, and fulfillment of formal and informal requests for research, general inquiries, incident-related information, and analytic support from NFL business units, club and stadium security, and external stakeholders. Manage shared email inbox and incident management accounts to ensure timely responses and appropriate information dissemination. Assist GSOC Management in the preparation of regular performance reports, including the collection and analysis of relevant data. Assist in the development and maintenance of GSOC documentation, including distribution lists, product templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and policy documents, particularly as it pertains to physical security functions. Manage and update emergency communication contacts and lists to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research to gather, analyze, and synthesize publicly available information in support of investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence requests. Perform other duties as assigned by GSOC Management or Security Department leadership. This is a long term contract opportunity onsite at the NFL's GSOC Center in Mount Laurel, NJ Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in a security operations center, command center, or corporate security environment. Experience working with security technology platforms (e.g., video management systems, access control systems, incident management systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise emails, memos, and presentations. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Proven experience in managing and monitoring security technology systems such as cameras and access control systems. Job Summary: The Fox Security Representative position under general supervision, protects the organization’s physical assets by maintaining and safeguarding the physical perimeter, exterior, and interior perimeters of the facility by foot, vehicle, or bike patrol. Representatives are responsible for conducting regular inspections of protective equipment, lighting, locks and for reporting their condition. This will be accomplished through regularly assigned security checks of the Fox Office Center, Fox Theatre, Hockeytown, Fox Parking Structure, The District Detroit, ODM Parking Lots, and the Little Caesar’s Global Resource Center (GRC). At times a Representative will be assigned specials details. These details could range from driving a guest or colleague to a specific location, conducting special details, or being assigned to another venue to assist with their security. Care should be taken by personnel assigned to conduct scheduled and random patrols of vulnerable or critical areas. Patrols should cover the entire building(s) and grounds. The primary purpose is to prevent unlawful and/or unauthorized activities and to deter and deny the opportunity. Care and vigilance must be exercised when conducting these patrols. Report any incident of situations that require further investigation or follow-up Key Responsibilities: Provide security protection for all organizational facilities, proprietary material, and personnel within the areas of responsibility to preclude unauthorized access, theft, or intentional destruction. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization’s information systems meet the security and compliance requirements mandated by FedRAMP, HIPAA, and other relevant healthcare industry regulations. You will work closely with members of the Security team as well as cross-functional teams to implement security controls with a risk-based and cost effective approach, as well as monitor and regularly assess these controls. What you will do: Develop, document, and maintain FedRAMP-specific policies, procedures, and controls. Support efforts to maintain FedRAMP compliance, including the creation of System Security Plan (SSP), gathering evidence, and preparing reports. Collaborate with team members to manage the continuous monitoring (ConMon) program, including internal and external reporting on vulnerabilities, tracking POA&Ms, and developing ConMon artifacts. The NFL Global Security Operations Center (NFL GSOC) at NFL Films in Mt Laurel, New Jersey, is the NFL Security Department's central hub for monitoring, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence on physical and cyber threats to help decision-makers protect, and resolve threats to NFL interests worldwide, The Security Associate position will sit in the GSOC and support a range of it’s critical functions, primarily focused on supporting physical security technology systems and responding to security incidents impacting the League and its stakeholders. Other responsibilities will include request intake, investigative support, travel risk management, and project management for security-related initiatives, particularly those supporting League events domestically and internationally.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor security systems such as cameras, access control systems, shot detection systems, mass notifications, and other physical security technologies to detect and respond to incidents, suspicious activity, security breaches and to support investigations.  
  • Manage and monitor electronic access control systems including granting, revoking and auditing access permissions for employees, visitors and contractors. 
  • Identify, assess and escalate security incidents according to established protocols; coordinate with on-site personnel as necessary.  
  • Support the League’s business continuity and travel risk management programs through the development and execution of clear incident and communication protocols. 
  • Ensure security systems (cameras, servers, access control software, etc.) are functioning properly; report technical issues to appropriate teams for resolution. 
  • Serve as a central communication point between internal teams, on-site security personnel, and external agencies  
  • Support in managing the intake, prioritization, and fulfillment of formal and informal requests for research, general inquiries, incident-related information, and analytic support from NFL business units, club and stadium security, and external stakeholders. 
  • Manage shared email inbox and incident management accounts to ensure timely responses and appropriate information dissemination. 
  • Assist GSOC Management in the preparation of regular performance reports, including the collection and analysis of relevant data. 
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of GSOC documentation, including distribution lists, product templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and policy documents, particularly as it pertains to physical security functions. 
  • Manage and update emergency communication contacts and lists to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. 
  • Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research to gather, analyze, and synthesize publicly available information in support of investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence requests. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by GSOC Management or Security Department leadership. 

This is a long term contract opportunity onsite at the NFL's GSOC Center in Mount Laurel, NJ

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in a security operations center, command center, or corporate security environment. 
  • Experience working with security technology platforms (e.g., video management systems, access control systems, incident management systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise emails, memos, and presentations.
