The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating the AI functionalities of our SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) tools. This role will focus on leveraging these capabilities to enhance existing automations and develop new automation opportunities, ultimately improving our security posture and operational efficiency. What You Can Expect Analyze and assess the AI functionalities within our SIEM and SOAR tools to understand their capabilities and limitations. Identify opportunities to enhance current automation processes and develop new automation workflows using AI capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement AI-driven automation solutions. Conduct regular reviews and updates of AI-driven automation processes to ensure they remain effective and aligned with organizational goals. Develop and maintain documentation for AI functionalities, automation workflows, and best practices. Provide training and support to team members on the use of AI capabilities within SIEM and SOAR tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies to continuously improve our security engineering. What We're Looking For 5-7 years experience with proven experience with SIEM and SOAR tools, including their AI functionalities. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in security engineering. Experience in developing and implementing automation workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 133,000 - 196,800, $ per annum The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions. Title Security Site Manager Reports To Director, Security Ops The Job The Security Site Manager will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining an industry-leading corporate and site-level security (Armed) Program at Core Scientific. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security AI Capabilities Engineer to join our Security Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating the AI functionalities of our SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) tools. This role will focus on leveraging these capabilities to enhance existing automations and develop new automation opportunities, ultimately improving our security posture and operational efficiency.

What You Can Expect

  • Analyze and assess the AI functionalities within our SIEM and SOAR tools to understand their capabilities and limitations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance current automation processes and develop new automation workflows using AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of AI-driven automation processes to ensure they remain effective and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI functionalities, automation workflows, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of AI capabilities within SIEM and SOAR tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies to continuously improve our security engineering.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years experience with proven experience with SIEM and SOAR tools, including their AI functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in security engineering.
  • Experience in developing and implementing automation workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

133,000 - 196,800, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
