Leidos is searching for a Special Security Officer (SSO) for an upcoming opening at Warren AFB, Wyoming. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance. The SSO will perform the full range of security duties and assignments in support ACC Wing SCI security programs and will assist in the operation of the special security office and help to administer the SCI security program to include providing SCI security guidance for other local/tenant SCIFs. The candidate will interpret Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency and DoD directives and provide technical advice and guidance on SCI personnel, physical and information security standards. Job Summary: Maintain applicable SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines to adequately discharge SSO duties and responsibilities. Ensure SCI is properly accounted for, controlled, transmitted, transported, packaged, and safeguarded. Ensure SCI is destroyed by authorized means. Ensure SCI is disseminated only to persons authorized access to the material and having an established need-to-know. Investigate SCI security infractions, making recommendations to the Chief SSO on site and preparing required reports. Maintain continuing liaison, with collateral security officials to ensure both security levels are mission accomplished. Serve as the official channel for certifying and receiving SCI visitor clearances/accesses. Process all derogatory information concerning SCI indoctrinated individuals under their security cognizance and assist commanders and directors with establishment of Security Information Files. The contractor shall prepare and revise, as needed, all physical accreditation paperwork, to include the fixed facility checklists. Ensure appropriate accreditation documentation is available for each SCIF and under the organization's security cognizance. Ensure that each SCIF under their security cognizance conducts annual self-inspections of the security program. Ability to work independently in an operational environment so the contractor must possess knowledge of a full range of security principles, concepts, practices, products and services; methods for evaluating risk and vulnerability; implementing mitigating improvement; and disseminating security procedures/processes. Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 704, ICD 705 and Technical Specifications and DoDM 5105.21, V1 thru V3 and working knowledge of other applicable Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and USAF directives and regulations. Security Officer- Full Time Four Seasons Hotel Seattle Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Security Officer who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. The Security Officer will be a member of a small dynamic team delivering great service to our internal and external guests. This position reports to the Director of Security. U.S. work authorization is required for this position. Key Elements of the Job Assist hotel team with responsibility to ensure the protection of guests, patrons and associates; their property, hotel property, building and grounds. Enforce hotel rules, regulations and policies as well as the departments' rules, policies and standards. Promote safety awareness and enforcement throughout the hotel to reduce accidents and loss by completing safety inspections and providing training as required. Respond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response team calls. Will assist in the Fire Command center when needed. Display complete knowledge of the fire/life system and all support systems, their functions and emergency response procedures. Patrol building noting and correcting safety, security, and fire hazards. Able walk/run up stairs carrying a fire extinguisher. Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety. Share duties in Operations Center with emergency and department phone monitoring, closed circuit television monitoring, alarm monitoring, vendor/solicitor/visitor access, and key control. Respond properly in any hotel emergency safety situation. Assist with Workers' Compensation, complete reports, and maintain health and safety. Write comprehensive incident reports and conduct thorough investigations. Maintain report records, assist and follow-up on investigations, and approve reports and logs. Initiates and assists general liability reports. Promotes loss prevention through training and awareness throughout the building to reduce claims. Project an image of friendliness, professionalism and willingness to provide personalized services to all building occupants, workers, and neighbors, whether over the phone or in person. Act as a liaison with all law enforcement agencies, city and federal agencies and hotel associations. Respond to and mediate all non-emergency security calls, minor injuries, disputes, stressful, and complicated issues etc. Contain and transport items potentially contaminated in accordance with Blood Borne Pathogen program and training. Provide basic security services, key control, guest and function room lock problems/reprogramming, guestroom safe malfunctions, and lock out. Participate and take an active role in the development and implementation of the hotel's fire plan. In addition to testing the hotel's Fire and Emergency Response preparedness. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Collect, log and distribute lost and found left by guests or visitors on the property. Perform bag checks of employees leaving property. Preferred Qualifications and Skills At least 1 year of security experience, preferably within Hotels High School diploma- Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Responsibilities of Mobile Patrol Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
  • Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons
  • Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required
  • Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
  • Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Mobile Patrol Security Officers:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Mobile Patrol Security Officers:

  • 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position
  • Bi-lingual considered a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
