Job Summary: The Security Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and implementation of corporate security policies and procedures as well as the integration of security technology across the business. The Security Coordinator will primarily work in an office environment but will respond to situations and support other departments in-person at various sites as needed, such as leading or supporting security- related investigations, responding to emergencies, and supervising security project installations. As a Security Coordinator, you will: Manage and design security systems such as access control systems, alarms, and surveillance systems, including security element installation projects. Work with vendors on security installation projects and all other third-party security needs. Develop, review, and update security policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Conduct security-related risk assessments and make recommendations for action. Participate in investigations and prepare reports for on-site incidents, internal investigations, losses, and/or violations of security policies. Support Operations and/or Human Resources with security staffing and/or any contracted security needs. Track metrics and regularly (quarterly) report to executives. Advising enterprise elements on security related matters and best practices. Emergency response measures and participation in drills as needed. Liaison with local law enforcement on security related issues. Develop security training for deployment enterprise wide. Manage security staff within corporation and provide direction and guidance Minimum qualifications to be considered: U.S. citizenship required Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of corporate security experience. Valid driver's license with safe driving record and able to pass pre-employment background check. Ability to communicate on a highly professional level, in both written and verbal forms. Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite, including ability to learn new software (surveillance, card access, etc.). Comfortable with public speaking to various audiences including presenting metrics, proposing plans, and providing training and instruction. Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Ability to manage department budget and develop project costing. A successful candidate may also have: Bachelor's degree or higher in related field. Minimum 3 years of corporate security experience. Training/experience relating to enterprise security risk management, workplace violence, emergency procedures, ICS, cyber security awareness, asset protection, social engineering, conflict resolution, de-escalation, defensive tactics, etc. Familiarity with governmental and professional organizations (DHS, CISA, FEMA, ASIS, etc.). CPP, PSP, CPTED certifications Previous experience working with 3rd party security contractors on varying needs. Familiarity with Avigilon surveillance camera systems, AMAG Symmetry card access, and PeopleSoft Financial and HR applications preferred. Ability to read site plans, blueprints/as-builts, etc. Basic project management skills. Basic understanding of lock and door hardware. Knowledge of ESRM model and its implementation. The Security Officer must be on a continuous patrol of grounds and buildings and monitor video, maintaining a keen sense of awareness, at all times, to detect suspicious persons, malfunctioning equipment, safety or fire hazards, cluttered areas, unauthorized vehicles, etc. The Security Officer shall be in constant contact with the Security Director, House Supervisor or Department Directors by radio/telephone/cell phone and must respond immediately to a request for assistance. In case of arrests or suppression of unruly persons, the Security Officer must coordinate with local law enforcement authorities and remain within the hospital's legal bounds in all actions. This is a per diem position working various hours a week. EXTRA INCENTIVE: In lieu of benefits, receive additional 12% differential. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work with the Security Director to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and professionals. Perform interior security checks of each of the floors hourly while on shift. Complete exterior checks a minimum of twice per shift. Check all exterior lighting and access routes. Report all unsafe conditions to the House Supervisor and Security Director. Control access by stopping unauthorized vehicles and redirecting them to an appropriate area. Monitor CCTV Cameras and respond to the Emergency Department when Law Enforcement vehicles are spotted. Escort professionals and/or visitors to their vehicle when requested. Monitor and control visitor/patient access. Grant all badge access, issue keys, and parking permits. Inspect for and report safety hazards. Investigate and complete an Incident Report of suspicious activity on Samaritan Healthcare property. Respond immediately to requests for assistance. Will always be available by page, phone or radio while on duty, with no reports of non-response (other than during designated rest breaks and meal periods). Respond to a disaster alert when notified. Lock/unlock doors as assigned. Provides shuttle and escort services for Samaritan professionals as directed by management. Complete all written reports, and daily officer's log. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise. Ensures no injuries to self or others by following safe work practices and policies. Core Graphics and AI IP is also responsible for the development of specialized IP for the NPU (neural processing unit) and AI model deployment across Intel's hardware for the AI PC. Additionally, all aspects of client graphics engineering and management of the Intel Arc graphics portfolio and business is included within the purview of Core Graphics and AI IP. Embedded within CGAI, the Graphics Security Research team is responsible for developing custom tools and capabilities to uncover security vulnerabilities and to work with the various development teams on mitigating internally as well as externally found security vulnerabilities. Our team works across many domains, supporting both integrated as well as discrete graphics, Windows and Linux, HW/SW/FW for all the vertical components (media, 3d, compute, display, kmd). As a Security researcher within the CGAI Security team, you will be responsible for offensively identifying security vulnerabilities on Intel Graphics in Windows and Linux spanning across client/server/embedded market segments. Understanding and incorporating external findings from external researchers, research papers and prominent conferences to maintain security within our organization. While our team works on both HW and SW, the ideal candidate has a strong HW background. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Defining and implementing strategy for ensuring platform level security vulnerabilities are mitigated across Software/Silicon/Board level attacks. Qualifications: For bio approval, the ALSS shall meet the following qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen/TCN/LN, as specified in the TO. Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency. At a minimum, must possess either a Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain management from an accredited institution or a current Certified Professional Property Specialist certification (www.npma.org). Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in property management, with demonstrable experience in at least three (3) of the following areas: Acquisition Audits Control (e.g., ownership, responsibility, and accountability) Disposition and retirement Movement and transfers Inventory Property accounting Receiving Records and reporting A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been in overseas procurement and logistics management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and possess sufficient computer skills to manage electronic files and an electronic record-keeping system. Upon bio approval and before beginning work on the contract, the ALSS shall: Attend and successfully complete the NPSS training course, as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training. Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination, or RSO Vetting Approval as identified in the TO. Obtain and maintain access to and competence with the ILMS and SILMS applications, with the appropriate user roles, to include mandatory initial training, and periodic refresher training as needed. About the Role: The Threat Intelligence team protects Remitly by delivering actionable threat intelligence through thoughtful and reasoned analysis and application of expert domain knowledge. Job Summary:

The Security Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and implementation of corporate security policies and procedures as well as the integration of security technology across the business. The Security Coordinator will primarily work in an office environment but will respond to situations and support other departments in-person at various sites as needed, such as leading or supporting security- related investigations, responding to emergencies, and supervising security project installations.

As a Security Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage and design security systems such as access control systems, alarms, and surveillance systems, including security element installation projects.
  • Work with vendors on security installation projects and all other third-party security needs.
  • Develop, review, and update security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct security-related risk assessments and make recommendations for action.
  • Participate in investigations and prepare reports for on-site incidents, internal investigations, losses, and/or violations of security policies.
  • Support Operations and/or Human Resources with security staffing and/or any contracted security needs.
  • Track metrics and regularly (quarterly) report to executives.
  • Advising enterprise elements on security related matters and best practices.
  • Emergency response measures and participation in drills as needed.
  • Liaison with local law enforcement on security related issues.
  • Develop security training for deployment enterprise wide.
  • Manage security staff within corporation and provide direction and guidance

Minimum qualifications to be considered:

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate security experience.
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record and able to pass pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to communicate on a highly professional level, in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite, including ability to learn new software (surveillance, card access, etc.).
  • Comfortable with public speaking to various audiences including presenting metrics, proposing plans, and providing training and instruction.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage department budget and develop project costing.

A successful candidate may also have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate security experience.
  • Training/experience relating to enterprise security risk management, workplace violence, emergency procedures, ICS, cyber security awareness, asset protection, social engineering, conflict resolution, de-escalation, defensive tactics, etc.
  • Familiarity with governmental and professional organizations (DHS, CISA, FEMA, ASIS, etc.).
  • CPP, PSP, CPTED certifications
  • Previous experience working with 3rd party security contractors on varying needs.
  • Familiarity with Avigilon surveillance camera systems, AMAG Symmetry card access, and PeopleSoft Financial and HR applications preferred.
  • Ability to read site plans, blueprints/as-builts, etc.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Basic understanding of lock and door hardware.
  • Knowledge of ESRM model and its implementation.
