We're looking for a Residential Security Officer to join our Executive Protection team!

 What you’ll do:

  • Monitor a variety of security measures to help ensure safety at a private family residence.

  • Working closely with the Protective Services team, you'll work daily with family members, corporate executives, and other colleagues both in business and social environments to provide outstanding security protection.

  • Perform access control and ensure security procedures are completed

  • Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with procedures

  • Monitor Snap’s CCTV system

  • Ensure that unauthorized people are not permitted in prohibited areas

  • Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur

  • Handle ad hoc duties as the need arises

  • Address any security breaches within set protocols

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • A strong proven understanding of security operations and procedures 

  • Residential security experience preferred 

  • Knowledge and familiarity with computers and security equipment

  • Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, as well as individually

  • The flexibility to work any assigned shift

  • Ability to think and respond to a dynamic environment 

  • Ability to stay on your feet for several hours without a break

  • Ability to provide protective coverage during physically taxing activities (running, jumping, crawling, bending, lifting, etc.)

  • Ability to walk up to 5 miles during a shift 

  • Comfortable working in a family-friendly environment 

  • Lifeguard and basic medical / first-aid background preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in the military, law enforcement, or a public/private sector security organization or equivalent years of experience

  • Valid BSIS Guard Card

  • Valid BSIS Firearms Permit

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The base salary range for this position is $66,000-$98,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $63,000-$93,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $56,000-$83,000 annually.
