This role is essential in ensuring a peaceful, well-managed environment overnight. You’ll be responsible for conducting property patrols, monitoring premises, managing security systems, and responding to incidents or emergencies as needed. But it’s more than just safety — as a key member of our overnight team, you’ll also support guest needs by responding to calls, assisting with requests, and helping deliver the exceptional hospitality experience Brightwild is known for. You’ll use tools like remote lock systems, digital phone lines, guest messaging platforms, and calendar management apps to stay connected and responsive throughout your shift. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol the property to deter and detect any unauthorized activity. Respond to guest inquiries and reports regarding safety and security concerns. Inspect property grounds and buildings for any potential hazards or safety issues. Conduct thorough incident reports for any occurrences and notify management accordingly. Control access to buildings and observe the flow of guests and staff. Provide assistance to guests and staff as needed, acting professionally at all times. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, patrols, and incidents. Fulfill other duties as assigned by security management.
