Job Summary

Summary<br>Responsible for ensuring the safety of patients, visitors, and staff by patrolling the premises, monitoring security systems, and responding to security incidents.<br><br>Does this position require Patient Care?<br>Yes<br><br>Essential Functions<br>-Conduct regular patrols of the healthcare facility, including interior and exterior areas, to detect and deter security breaches, vandalism, theft, or any suspicious activities. <br>
-Maintain a visible presence and provide a sense of security by being approachable and proactive in addressing security concerns. <br>
-Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems to identify potential security threats or breaches. <br>
-Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or policy violations promptly to appropriate personnel. <br>
-Control access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring that only authorized individuals enter designated areas. <br>
