This new construction is approximately 102,000 square feet within a 12-story elevator building. There are 121 residential dwelling units, one of which will be a superintendent’s unit. The unit distribution is 46 studios, with the remainder being one- and two-bedroom units. CAMBA, Inc. is the on-site services provider at Via Vyse. Sixty-one apartments, 51% of the units in the building, will be master leased by CAMBA and will house chronically homeless single adults and families who, the head of households, are diagnosed with chronic health conditions. The remaining 59 units are occupied by community residents, who may require some services. Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol and Procedures. Minimum Education/Experience Required: NYS Security Guard license Sufficient Education: to comprehend basic reading, writing, and math to execute the required functions of the role. Must have an 8-hour Pre-Assignment security guard training course certificate. Must obtain a 16-hour On-the-Job security guard training course certificate within 90 days of employment. Must complete the 8-Hour Annual In-Service Course each calendar year. Must have and maintain a NYS Security Guard license. Must obtain NYS Security Guard registration and must maintain registration during employment. Must obtain Fire Guard certification and maintain it throughout employment. One year of relevant experience. Education : Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent additional experience (4 years) Security Clearance : Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information • Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph Other Requirements:   Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents Must have extensive knowledge of the DD Form 254 and how it is incorporated in the Air Force acquisition process Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision Willingness to travel within the scope of the Program's Area of Responsibility (AOR) (note - could be extensive, and will include both air and ground transportation) Compensation : The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000-$145,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
