This role will be primarily focused on supporting SHS within the Global Supply Chain function, with secondary support provided to protect all employees globally. Oversees SHS review process for all capital projects to ensure regulatory compliance, property protection and life safety risks are adequately managed prior to submittal for approval and in execution. Compliance and Assurance. Manages the SHS compliance audit process to assure appropriate governance. This includes managing external consultants, developing audit protocol, scheduling routine and risk-based audits, distributing reports, monitoring and report findings. Implements governance process to ensure findings are closed out in a timely manner. Maintains and develops Safety Data Sheets to SHS standard at all sites. Ensures proper regulatory records are kept and reports/notifications are made as required. Monitors regulatory arena for new/changing regulations and rulemaking; adjusts programs/procedures accordingly. Takes an active leadership role in the resolution of potential SHS compliance violations while working cooperatively with legal counsel on related litigation. Risk Management. Works collaboratively with Risk Management and sites on the development and deployment of loss prevention strategies to achieve highly protected risk status monitoring and reporting risk reduction recommendations. Ensures site and support personnel follow the major incident management (MIM) process, including the use of FACTS tool to manage incidents effectively. Ensures every recordable injury and serious near misses are thoroughly investigated, learnings shared globally and follow up with site SHS leaders to validate implementation of learnings. Serves as technical resource for incident investigation and causal factor/root cause analysis, including the leading of investigations. Continuous Improvement. Security Risk & Resiliency Analyst will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's assets, data, and operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks. This role ensures the organization's resilience against cyber threats, physical disruptions, and operational failures by implementing robust risk management and business continuity strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector. The Security Risk & Resiliency Analyst will be a highly autonomous and strategic thinker who can build and drive risk initiatives, influence leadership, and develop forward-thinking solutions to mitigate risk build resiliency in the organization. The analyst will possess strong competencies in leadership, emotional intelligence, manufacturing business processes, technology risk management, business continuity planning, and compliance auditing. It will be imperative that this specialist excels at self-governance. This specialist will need to proactively seek the best practices in mitigating security risk and building business continuity in a manufacturing environment. Key Focus Areas Risk Management & Assessment Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across systems, applications, and business processes. Develop and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and remediate identified risks. Conduct risk assessments across enterprise IT and manufacturing OT systems to identify, analyze, and document cybersecurity risks and control gaps Evaluate security and operational risks across systems and processes; develop and implement appropriate mitigating controls. Resiliency & Continuity Planning Design and implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies in IT and OT space Coordinate tabletop exercises and simulations to test resiliency plans. Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301, CIS). Review and track changes to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Assist in audits and assessments related to security and resiliency. Maintain documentation and evidence for compliance purposes. Assist with internal and external security audits, including preparation of evidence, response to audit findings, and follow-up on remediation activities. Reporting & Metrics Develop and present risk and resiliency dashboards, reports, and key risk indicators (KRIs) to leadership. Provide actionable insights into risk exposure and recommend proactive risk mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement Provide training and awareness programs on risk and resiliency topics. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units. Communicate risk posture and mitigation strategies to leadership. Required Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent practical experience 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk and resiliency role or other cybersecurity role, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as CMMC 2.0, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, NIST 800-82 (Guide to ICS Security), or similar. Experience supporting security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives across IT and/or OT systems in a global highly federated environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams. Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some or all of the following qualifications: Experience conducting risk assessments and security reviews in IT and OT environments Familiarity with supply chain security and risk management processes in the manufacturing sector. Hands-on experience with platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or similar tools. Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting manufacturing operations, such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, or sector-specific standards. Ability to work effectively across multi-site manufacturing operations. Professional certifications such as CBCI, CBCP, ABCP, CRISC, CISA, or equivalent are a plus. This position will provide engineering design and support for security solutions for new and existing clients while working alongside internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a thorough understanding of standard Electronic Security technology (ACS, IDS, FDS, CCTV) and supporting equipment such as computer software/hardware, databases, and networking infrastructure.
  • Ability to review architectural, electrical, telecommunication, security engineering floor plans, riser drawings, device schedules, and detail drawings.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs, and conversions.
  • Review of Field Site Survey documentation and provide technical assistance with RFI/RFP responses.
  • Create solution design documentation (drawings, BOMs, solution design summaries).
  • Provide technical support for in-office and on-site team members.
  • Support management in the process of creating documentation for implementing new technology with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain familiarity with current and emerging electronic security technologies such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, biometrics, etc. and industry leading vendors.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-7 years previous experience in the industry.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred or applicable amount of experience in the appropriate field may be substituted for the educational background.
  • Experience in the design and planning of access control and video systems.
  • Professional Electronic Security Certifications or training (Lenel, Genetec, C-Cure. Avigilon, Axis, Bosch, Milestone, etc.) preferred.
