Amentum is looking for a Workforce Support Security Lead to join our team in Springfield, VA. 

Must be a US Citizen. Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Government security clearance.

The Security Lead will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all Workforce Support Center (WSC) Security personnel, Security Monitors and performing duties in all areas when needed.

  • Supervising and training security personnel in the areas of WSC security

  • All WSC security document control

  • Developing, implementing and enforcing WSC Security Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • Planning for and administering all WSC security-related activities essential to PWS requirements.

  • Providing security subject matter expertise towards all WSC security related efforts such as requests for information, security requirements, and qualifications.

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all internal and external customers, to include Site Security, Personal Security, and all other functional security areas within agency.

  • Serving as Acting WSC Manager when needed.

  • Working with subcontractor to oversee all Visitor Control Center (VCC) activities.

  • Complete security requirements for government, prime and subcontractor personnel.

  • Planning and coordinating WSC security services, and related functions to include the implementation and supervision of programs to ensure maximum utilization within the facility.

  • Strong Microsoft Office suite and other security information management systems skills.

  • US citizenship .

  • Current TS/SCI clearance.
