As our Client Engagement Consultant, Cyber Security , you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, analyze their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their security posture. Develops and Performs security risk and controls assessments and/or penetration testing to evaluate and analyze threat, vulnerability, impact, risk, and security issues to clients' business Prepares and participates in presenting cyber security proposals to clients and cross-selling with other MMA disciplines Assists Producer and/or Executive Risk team with pre-qualification of an account, along with gathering information for submission Assist clients in evaluating, enhancing, and managing their Cyber Security Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Data Protection and Privacy, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Security Incident Detection and Response, and Identity and Access Management programs. Collaborate with Producer and Client Services teams to develop and implement customized Cyber Security service strategies, ensuring measurable value and efficiency for clients while building strong relationships through effective communication and ownership of service plans. Evaluate vendor quotes and present contract comparisons, participate in strategic initiatives for long-term cyber strategies, coordinate training sessions as a subject matter expert, and provide thought leadership on cyber security practices and trends to support MMA's brand and business goals. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: BS/BA Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Strong knowledge of InfoSec policies, global purchasing processes, and various regulations/control frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001), including GRC component assessment and controls testing. Proficient in identifying and remediating OWASP Top 10 security vulnerabilities, with experience in vulnerability management and understanding of CVEs and CWEs. IT operations and security experience in an enterprise environment, with a focus on risk management and mitigation strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for aiding our Personnel Security team in processing security clearances for Anduril employees nationwide. You will also be acting as an on-site security presence, assisting our Facility Security Officer with administrative on-site tasks. This will require someone who is familiar with the DoD security clearance process, SEAD 3 and SEAD 4, and cleared personnel requirements and responsibilities as well as someone who is familiar with working inside classified spaces and understands the run-rules. WHAT YOU'LL DO Add badging and alarm permissions to cleared and authorized personnel Track, issue, and change combinations for classified safes and doors in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 Maintain cleared and uncleared visitor logs Perform entry and exit inspections Work with the FSO to manage semi-annual alarm, guard response time testing, and physical security checks Assist the FSO with on-site tasks as needed Manage and initiate personnel clearances background investigations and process visit access requests (VARs) and mandatory SEAD 3 reporting via Defense Information System for Security (DISS). Provide employees with personnel security guidance consistent with the 13 adjudicative guidelines to assist them in managing their clearances. Handle in-person and virtual requests and inquires, as it pertains to Security Services Help Request, Security Information Management System (SIMS), Security Forms, Incoming/Outgoing Visit Request, New Hire Orientation Briefings, Cleared Employee Training, Foreign National Contacts and Foreign Travel Briefings. Process visitor requests; enters clearance information into the visitor database and/or researches information in DISS and SIMS clearance database. Coordinate classified meetings requiring VARs; liaison between Security Services and Anduril meeting hosts to facilitate meetings. Prepare SCI nomination packages, coordinate with customer sponsor's COR and SSO, submit SCI VARs through customer sponsor, and assist with scheduling indoctrination and debriefing appointments. Manage the SIMS security database with clearance, access, visit, and adverse information. As our Client Engagement Consultant, Cyber Security , you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, analyze their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their security posture. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while staying updated on industry standards and compliance requirements.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in cyber security and proven experience in client engagement and relationship management within the cyber security domain.
  • Develops and Performs security risk and controls assessments and/or penetration testing to evaluate and analyze threat, vulnerability, impact, risk, and security issues to clients' business
  • Prepares and participates in presenting cyber security proposals to clients and cross-selling with other MMA disciplines
  • Assists Producer and/or Executive Risk team with pre-qualification of an account, along with gathering information for submission
  • Assist clients in evaluating, enhancing, and managing their Cyber Security Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Data Protection and Privacy, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Security Incident Detection and Response, and Identity and Access Management programs.
  • Collaborate with Producer and Client Services teams to develop and implement customized Cyber Security service strategies, ensuring measurable value and efficiency for clients while building strong relationships through effective communication and ownership of service plans.
  • Evaluate vendor quotes and present contract comparisons, participate in strategic initiatives for long-term cyber strategies, coordinate training sessions as a subject matter expert, and provide thought leadership on cyber security practices and trends to support MMA's brand and business goals.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • BS/BA Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of InfoSec policies, global purchasing processes, and various regulations/control frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001), including GRC component assessment and controls testing.
  • Proficient in identifying and remediating OWASP Top 10 security vulnerabilities, with experience in vulnerability management and understanding of CVEs and CWEs.
  • IT operations and security experience in an enterprise environment, with a focus on risk management and mitigation strategies.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,700 to $115,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
