At least three (3) calendar years of verifiable experience as a certified law enforcement officer or its military equivalency (Master-at-Arms, CGPD, Security Forces Specialist, etc.); all three (3) years must have occurred within the last seven (7) years. The experience must have included general arrest authority. Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must possess the ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have a valid driver's license from state of residency and a safe driving record for the past five years; Must receive clearance from the Department of Justice. Must have completed or graduated from certified Federal, state, county, local or military law enforcement training academy and able to provide certification as proof.   • Lead all security contractors, including staffing, training, and performance management

  • Be responsible for workplace health & safety programs, including compliance, ergonomics, first aid/CPR, and incident response
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams and external agencies (law enforcement, emergency services, regulators)
  • Plan and execute operations for the annual company conference, including risk mitigation and medical response

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):
$122,000$238,000 USD
