Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and be able to pass extensive background check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain gaming license. Must be able to work any shift any day including (weekends and holidays) as scheduled. Must be able to sit / stand for extended periods of time. Responsibilities and Duties

Must have current state issued drivers license, Friendly and pleasant personality, and possess good written and verbal communication skills. Constant mental alertness is needed. C.L.E.E.T. (Council on Law Enforcement Education & Training) certification preferred. Candidate must be certified within (6) six months of employment.   • Will patrol and monitor casino property including buildings and parking lot to help prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. To assist in providing a safe environment for the casino patrons and employees.
  • Responsible for all paperwork and reports being accurate and legible.
  • Provide escort for Casino Property when being transported from one location to another.
  • To provide crowd control and assist local law enforcement agencies in the event of emergency and investigation situations.
  • Notifies ranking officer of any irregularities in guest play.
  • Must be able to stand stationary for long periods of time.
  • Constant mental alertness is needed.
  • Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one.
  • Interacts with guests in a pleasant, professional, and friendly manner.
