This role will provide a visible security presence, monitor access to campus buildings, and assist with general security operations. Assist with crowd management and access control during events and peak operational hours. Respond to security incidents and report/document situations as needed. Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and first aid assistance when required. Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to the Security Manager. Collaborate with law enforcement, vendors, and staff to ensure a safe environment. Uphold hospitality-focused security practices, ensuring guests and employees feel safe and welcome. Qualifications: Previous security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience preferred. Ability to remain calm, professional, and approachable in high-pressure situations. Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of basic security procedures. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Must have a reliable and punctual work ethic. Job Description

The Cobbs Creek Golf and Educational Campus is seeking a Security Ambassador to help ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and facilities. This role will provide a visible security presence, monitor access to campus buildings, and assist with general security operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle security concerns professionally and efficiently. Compensation: $20 per hour. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and secure environment by monitoring access to the TGR Learning Lab, Clubhouse, Restaurant, Driving Range facility and maintenance areas.
  • Conduct routine security patrols and inspections of the campus to identify and report any security concerns.
  • Monitor on-campus security and fire systems (alarms, access control, etc.).
  • Assist with crowd management and access control during events and peak operational hours.
  • Respond to security incidents and report/document situations as needed.
  • Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and first aid assistance when required.
  • Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to the Security Manager.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, vendors, and staff to ensure a safe environment.
  • Uphold hospitality-focused security practices, ensuring guests and employees feel safe and welcome.

Qualifications:

  • Previous security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and approachable in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of basic security procedures.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Must have a reliable and punctual work ethic.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
