The primary purpose of the job is to answer calls, respond to emergencies, coordinate emergency response, conduct fire and emergency drills, and ensure a safe environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. As a security officer in this role, you will be required to conduct both vehicle-based and on-foot patrols. Job Description

Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community, located in Springdale, OH is looking for a Full-Time (4 days per week) and Part-time (3 days per week) Security Guard, for 3rd shift. The hours for 3rd shift are 12a-8a. This position will require you to work every weekend. You will also need to be able to work every other holiday, and overtime as needed. Must have valid driver's license.

The starting pay for this position is $15.50 per hour plus shift differential. Pay is based on prior applicable experience in the areas of customer service, security, and emergency response.

The Security Guard position at Maple Knoll Village is very customer-centric, so the ideal candidate will be a quality, caring, empathetic, and dependable individual who has experience in providing quality customer service, both over the phone and in person. The primary purpose of the job is to answer calls, respond to emergencies, coordinate emergency response, conduct fire and emergency drills, and ensure a safe environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

As a security officer in this role, you will be required to conduct both vehicle-based and on-foot patrols. A substantial amount of walking will be necessary throughout the shift to ensure thorough coverage of the premises.
