DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the supervision of Security Officers on assigned shift. Maintains adequate staffing levels, by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting and disciplining employees, as needed. Patrols the property on assigned shift, identifying potential security and/or safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate individual, to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees and the entire facility. Acts as a back-up to Security Officers on assigned shift, and assumes their duties when necessary. Prepares and requests reports on incidents involving guests, employees and/or the facility, as needed. Guards transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor, as well as the physical transportation of chip fills and credits. Acts as a backup to Security Officers on assigned shift, and assumes their duties. Interacts with guests and employees in a positive, professional manner. Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction throughout the property is achieved and maintained. Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings. Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Create and utilize a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy through both formal and informal feedback as well as constant communication Performs all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED required; an Associates of Arts degree in any field is preferred. Must have a minimum of one year of supervisor and guest services experience. Job Description: Review and analyze requests for investigations concerning security clearances, reciprocity, requirements, violations, and assessments. Subjects of the investigations range from on - board employees, contract / access applicants and other personnel requiring security clearances or access to FBI facilities. Ensure that all relevant information and justification is developed and properly considered in accordance with security policies and FBI regulations. Conduct security briefings which include Security Awareness and Hostile Threat. Revise security briefings based on the specific issues developed and security requirements. Assist in conducting preliminary and final reviews of statements of personal history and related data prior to the initiation of background investigation procedures. Conduct BIs of individuals who would occupy positions where a determination of suitability for employment or access to classified information is required. Prepare reports on investigations resulting from interviews conducted during BIs. Draft summary sheets on the results of investigations for all assigned cases. In case of derogatory information, draft a detailed evaluation of the adverse information. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the supervision of Security Officers on assigned shift.
- Maintains adequate staffing levels, by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting and disciplining employees, as needed.

- Acts as a backup to Security Officers on assigned shift, and assumes their duties.
- Interacts with guests and employees in a positive, professional manner.
- Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction throughout the property is achieved and maintained.
- Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
