Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively across the organization. Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving within the product team and with stakeholders. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of product managers, fostering their professional growth and development. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career path discussions. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the product team. Help resolve team conflicts and promote a collaborative working environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management. Proven experience in the construction industry or a closely related field. Previous experience managing people is a plus. Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth.
