DustSan Francisco, California
About Dust We're creating a new AI operating system that has the potential to change the way companies operate . Our mission at Dust is to transform how work gets done by letting any team and employee shape the exact agents they need to accelerate their jobs. With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We already are a core part of their jobs. We're at an exciting stage of our journey—and growing fast. We're serving great customers like Cursor, Clay, Whatnot, and Persona, and aim to x6 our growth by the end of 2025. Dust is a Sequoia-backed company with an experienced and determined team of optimists (coming from companies like Stripe or OpenAI) that like to focus on users, getting great things done by shipping fast, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so. TL;DR We're hiring a Founding Product Marketer to build the marketing foundation and team at Dust. This role is central to our future: driving how we tell our story, shape the category, and bring our product to market globally. You’ll be a key player in defining how the world understands and adopts Dust. We’re at an inflection point. People are building real workflows with our AI agents; they are also talking about it, but we haven’t put much energy into telling the outside world about it! That’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone who’s successfully built positioning and messaging from scratch, launched complex products, and driven measurable adoption in a fast-moving startup. We're looking for a product marketer who wants to expand their scope and has a strong taste for branding. You’ll be DRI-ing most of our marketing efforts (with support from the broader team) and help shape a function that could grow into your own to lead. What you’ll do Act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and the market, owning our voice and making it resonate with the right audiences. You’ll work closely with teams across the US and EU. Positioning & messaging : Define and evolve how Dust is understood. Bring clarity to our product through high-quality storytelling and experiences across our website, product, sales materials, and beyond. Product marketing : Plan and execute launches, write changelogs, and help the team frame new features in a way that drives engagement and understanding. Sales enablement : Build collateral and narratives that help the GTM team close deals faster and with more confidence. Content & thought leadership : Partner with our founders to amplify their voices. Translate our product roadmap and worldview into opinionated, high-signal content. Website & comms : Own the marketing site’s content. Build new pages when needed. Make sure our story shows up clearly and consistently wherever people encounter Dust. Collaboration : Localize what’s working in the EU for the US market, and keep product, growth, and sales tightly connected. What we’re looking for 5–8 years of experience marketing technical B2B SaaS products in the US, ideally as an early hire at a high-growth startup Strong product marketing instincts. You’re able to make abstract features understandable and desirable without dumbing them down Strong brand taste. Exceptionally clear, confident writer who can speak to technical and business audiences alike. You’ve written everything from website copy to launch announcements to sales decks and you know how to make it land. You write to convert, not just to inform, and you have a strong sense of what great looks like. Track record of building positioning and go-to-market from scratch Hands-on. Comfortable setting strategy, but spending 80% of your time executing at the beginning. Operates without permission or process. Knows how to move quickly and prioritize the signal Experience collaborating with technical teams and product-led orgs Bonus Experience with AI platforms, productivity platforms, developer tools, or deeply technical products Deep understanding of the enterprise AI landscape Prior success as one of the first few marketing hires at a company that found product-market fit (or better yet, former founder) Experience in growth, brand or content marketing What you won’t be doing Delegating everything Waiting for strategy time before taking action Managing a large team right away Operating in a vacuum. You’ll be tight with product and sales from day one Focusing solely on product marketing. This role is suitable for someone who has worked across the marketing stack but has very strong product intuition. Benefits & Compensation Competitive compensation: $200-260K base salary Significant equity package at a Sequoia-backed startup Health benefits for you and your dependents New MacBook Pro or Linux machine, monitor, keyboard, etc. Beautiful office in San Francisco Opportunity to travel to the EU multiple times a year Regular team events and off-site Location We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris and San Francisco, valuing the magic that happens when talented people work closely together. Why Dust We're not building yet another enterprise SaaS tool. We’re creating an AI OS that will fundamentally change how companies operate. We believe existing AI models are powerful enough to have a tremendous impact on the world (and will keep getting better) – the key is building the infrastructure so that they have context and explore the best interfaces for humans to interact with them. We have the unique opportunity to explore and shape the way humans interact with machines while working on a product we use ourselves every day. If you're excited about crafting products that reinvent B2B software and want to join a team that combines the best of startup culture with the backing of top-tier investors, we'd love to talk. 👋 Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist. ___ Learn how we think and work. $191,000 - $241,000 / year

About Stepful : Stepful is reimagining allied healthcare training by offering affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs that help learners—especially those from underserved communities—launch high-demand healthcare careers. In addition to our direct-to-consumer training, Stepful partners with leading healthcare institutions to build talent pipelines and address the growing shortage of allied health workers. Our graduates, including Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians and more, go on to work at major employers like CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and Walgreens. Stepful is backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, with a recent $31.5M Series B led by Oak HC/FT . Additionally, we were named the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025 and to GSV's 150 Most Transformational Growth Companies in Digital Learning . We’re unlocking the full potential of the global workforce—improving access to quality healthcare for everyone, everywhere. Our values : We credit much of our success to our exceptional team. We’re looking for mission-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments, and embody our four core values: Care first : We do whatever it takes for our students to succeed. Learn quickly : We test, learn with data, and iterate. Build together : We win when we rely on each other. Own it : We show up, take initiative, and show pride. The Role Stepful is launching the next frontier of our mission: helping healthcare providers upskill their own employees through Stepful for Business (S4B), our enterprise offering. We already have early enterprise customers who love the product, despite the fact that nearly everything still runs on spreadsheets and manual workflows. Now we’re ready to build real software, at scale, from the ground up. This role is your chance to own that journey. As the founding Product Manager for S4B, you’ll work directly with healthcare systems, AEs, client success managers, operators, and executives to build scaled offerings that solve a massive workforce problem in healthcare. You’ll be operating in true 0→1 and 1→100 territory: high-autonomy, high-visibility, and high-impact. You’ll define what we build, how we scale it, and how it becomes fundamental to Stepful’s growth and long-term success as a business. What You’ll Do: As the Product Lead for Stepful for Business, you will be responsible for creating and scaling the end-to-end product experience for thousands of healthcare employees. In this role, you can expect to: Build the complete product strategy and roadmap for Stepful for Business, turning manual workflows into scalable software that delights enterprise customers. Partner closely with AEs, client success managers, and S4B operators to deeply understand customer pain points and prioritize what gets productized (and what doesn’t). Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery, prototyping, and stakeholder alignment through execution, launch, and iteration. Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ship product quickly, balancing speed with thoughtful architecture in a deeply operational environment. Translate enterprise customer needs into strategic roadmaps that meet expectations while staying aligned with Stepful’s long-term vision. Build relationships with high-stakes enterprise customers, gather feedback directly, and ensure Stepful becomes an indispensable partner in their workforce development strategy. Measure product success using clear metrics tied to customer adoption, engagement, and retention. We are not a feature factory and have no intention of becoming one! This job is for you if: You have 10+ years of B2B product management experience building exception products to support complex workflows. You’ve built and scaled 0→1 B2B or enterprise products and can point to launches where you drove strategy, execution, and adoption. You have strong product fundamentals:focused backlog prioritization, roadmap ownership, hypothesis-driven experimentation, structured discovery, clear documentation, etc. You’re exceptional at stakeholder management and influencing others; you can work with AEs, operators, execs, and technical teams and earn their trust quickly. You are comfortable traversing across complex data sets and enjoy writing SQL to generate your own insights. You can clearly articulate tradeoffs and make decisions with imperfect information. You move quickly, know how to find the 80/20, and can demonstrate a track record of delivering measurable impact fast. You’ve operated in complex or operationally-heavy environments where tech empowers humans, not replaces them. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and know how to craft narratives that drive alignment and action. Bonus points if: You’ve built products for healthcare, education, workforce development, or similar regulated industries. You have experience navigating enterprise procurement or working with large healthcare systems. You’ve worked closely with sales, customer success, or go-to-market teams to shape product strategy. You’ve built internal tooling or workflow automation products. You’ve personally worked with (or built solutions for) operational teams who manage cohorts, certifications, or employee development programs. Come grow with us!

Q4 is hiring a strategic, user-centric Vice President of Product, IROps to lead the evolution of Q4’s core Investor Relations Operations platform, the foundation supporting all of our IR solutions. In this critical leadership role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and commercial outcomes of our platform business , while ensuring the platform meets the complex, evolving needs of IR professionals.

You bring a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business impact at scale. With a strong bias for action, you combine data-driven decision-making with product intuition to solve meaningful problems and challenge the status quo. You think long-term, but you're equally comfortable driving day-to-day execution to ensure delivery and results.

In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from strategy and customer insight to roadmap execution and performance measurement. You’ll guide the enhancement of platform capabilities around scalability, security, modularity, and integration, while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to align priorities, support go-to-market success, and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-First Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the long-term vision for Q4’s IROps platform, grounded in an AI-first mindset. Drive a product strategy that reimagines how IR professionals operate—placing AI at the core of customer value, internal processes, and product differentiation.

  • Strategic Thinking with Execution Bias: Balance big-picture thinking with the urgency to execute. You’ll operate as a strategic thought partner to the EVP Product—crafting bold, forward-looking plans while ensuring rapid, focused delivery that drives measurable business outcomes.

  • Integrated AI Innovation: Lead the integration of AI across the IROps platform—not just to automate but to enable smarter, adaptive, and insight-driven workflows. Identify opportunities where AI fundamentally changes the value equation for clients and moves the industry forward.

  • Roadmap Ownership & Delivery: Own and drive the IROps product roadmap, aligning priorities to company goals and customer needs. Lead with clarity, move with speed, and hold teams accountable for delivering high-impact, high-quality releases.

  • Customer & Market Insight: Stay deeply connected to IR professionals, customer pain points, and market dynamics. Use research, feedback, and market signals to surface opportunities for innovation and AI-led disruption.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and the Platform Product team to align execution and accelerate time-to-market. Foster collaboration that unlocks shared success and seamless customer outcomes.

  • Team Leadership & Culture: Build and lead a team of product managers known for curiosity, accountability, and high performance. Instill a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and AI-first innovation across the team.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track product KPIs, customer adoption metrics, and AI impact indicators. Use data to validate assumptions, prioritize work, and continuously refine the product strategy.

  • Executive Engagement: Partner closely with the EVP Product, CTO, and ELT to shape Q4’s strategic direction. Communicate progress, influence priorities, and serve as a key voice in advancing Q4’s position as a leader in AI-powered IR solutions.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or VP-level role owning a portfolio or platform of products.

  • Proven ability to define and drive product strategy for complex, scalable SaaS platforms with a focus on delivering business outcomes and customer value.

  • Demonstrated success leading AI-driven or data-intensive product initiatives is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership experience in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing product teams; fosters a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.

  • Deep understanding of Fintech, Investor Relations, or financial services technology is a strong plus.

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in architecture and API discussions with Engineering; experience delivering platform-based solutions is an asset.

  • Strategic thinker with a clear bias for action—able to move seamlessly from vision to execution across multiple initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to partner with and influence cross-functional teams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Data-driven and highly analytical, with a disciplined approach to product decision-making, experimentation, and performance measurement.

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
